Job Requirements

Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any other equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service/call centre/front office or other related fields.

Resilient person with strong problem solving skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
