Job summary

Crocs, Inc. at Kota Bharu is seeking an energetic team member to deliver exceptional customer service and apply the CHARM model in a busy retail environment.

You will learn across departments, assist with POS operations, stock, pricing and visual standards, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Requirements include 18+, SPM/O Level or higher, 1–2 years in retail, and English fluency, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using our CHARM service model.
• Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions and cleanliness.
• Lead by example to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls.
