Job summary

IShine Cleaning Services in Malaysia is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone, manage cleaning bookings and service schedules, and coordinate with our cleaners to ensure timely service.

The role requires good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend morning shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and disciplined.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Manage cleaning bookings and service schedules.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with our cleaners.
• Handle customer feedback, requests and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks.
