Job summary

ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Malaysia to handle incoming calls, document service requests and repair notes, and update the customer database.

You will reach out to customers to arrange suitable times for technician visits and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor. The role targets candidates with a minimum SPM and good English/Bahasa Melayu, with Mandarin being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM graduate.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Attentive and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls.
• Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.
• Update information to the customer database.
• Contact customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.
• Any ad-hoc task from superior.
