RAKAN INDAH (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Customs Clearance Assistant in Klang to handle import/export declarations, submit through Dagang Net, and coordinate clearance to ensure timely shipment processing. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.

You will liaise with customers, shipping lines and authorities, monitor status, maintain documentation, and assist with invoicing. On-the-job training and career development are provided, with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and statutory leave benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; Training will be provided.
• Experience in customs clearance, K1/K2/K3 declarations or ALDEC will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Salary based on qualifications and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit customs declarations through Dagang Net or relevant customs systems.
• Coordinate customs clearance and forwarding arrangements to ensure timely shipment processing.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters and relevant authorities.
• Monitor clearance status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation, proper filing and follow-up until job completion and invoicing.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
