Job summary

PRIMATIC FREIGHT SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented logistics admin to support export/import documentation and statutory submissions. You will coordinate across declaration, loading, haulage, transport and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires basic to intermediate familiarity with the ALDEC system, and strong attention to data accuracy, filing, and timely follow-up with stakeholders. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM or Professional Certificate required.
• At least 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Polite, good communication, good working attitude, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in export and import documentation & submission of statutory requirements, port clearance.
• Ensure efficient execution of jobs via close monitoring of declaration, loading, haulage, general transport and warehouse sections.
• Identify customs tariff codes and update system on each job workflow; submit job for closing when completed.
• Assist in declarations for K1, K2, K8, ZB1, ZB2.
• Maintain data, records and filing up to date.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
