Job summary

SF Techlogis in Malaysia is hiring a logistics assistant to manage import/export documentation for shipments to Singapore, including K1, K2 and customs duty forms. You will submit documents to customs and handle all related assignments, and apply for ePermits for controlled items with MAQIS numbers.

Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin and English is required, with Mandarin speakers preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or Management.
• Independent, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
