Job summary

Avantex Project Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Credit Administration professional to operate and support the department's duties within property development projects. You will update data in the system, manage purchaser records, liaise with purchasers, financial institutions and solicitors, and handle SPA and loan documentation, along with billing and collections.

The role requires a diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, and computer literacy, with knowledge

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• 1 year of Credit Administration experience in property development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy with familiarity in Developer Property System (advantage).
• Self-motivated, independent, hardworking and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Update data into the system and maintain purchasers' filing records and documentation.
• Liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and related parties to ensure proper documentation and timely loan releases.
• Handle execution of SPA and loan documents, undertakings to end financiers, and daily dept. administration.
• Generate progressive billings, reminders and notices in line with policy.
• Ensure timely collection of billings and follow up on collection tasks.
• Issue official receipts and prepare accounting-related documentation.
