Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Administration in property development industry.
• Strong knowledge in Housing Development Act (HDA).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in IFCA.net will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• To handle issuance of progress billing and collection accurately and in a timely manner
• To remit the collections within the stipulated timeframe
• To handle and release the security documents in order to protect the company’s interest
• To collaborate with sales team on monthly sales as well as finance team on monthly reporting of sales, collection and debtors ageing
• To collaborate with Project team to ensure a prompt issuance of Architect Certificate and smooth & proper handing over process is being carried out
• To deposit Fixed Deposit Certificate to retain the stakeholders
• To achieve targeted customer service score and resolve customers’ complaints and enquiries within stipulated timeframe
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Education

Minimum Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
