Job summary

Majestic Gen in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Credit Admin professional to support our property development projects. You will manage credit processes, ensure accurate documentation, and assist in loan-related activities from agreement to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business Management and at least 1 year of Credit Administration experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with relevant systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Credit Administration experience in property development.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Update purchasers' data in the system and maintain filing.
• Liaise with purchasers, banks, solicitors for documentation and early loan releases.
• Handle SPA and loan documentation; issue undertakings to financiers.
• Prepare progressive billings, reminders, and notices per policy.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up of payments.
