Job summary

PEAK FORTUNE SDN BHD is seeking a Property Sales Administration & Credit Control professional in Kuching, Malaysia. The role covers the full spectrum of sales administration and credit control for property development projects, from initial bookings to vacant possession, with liaison to purchasers, solicitors, banks and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in sales administration.
• Good knowledge of property sales administration processes, including SPA, loan documentation, progressive billing, OP, conveyancing.
• Familiarity with IFCA.NET Property Management System.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to adapt to property management and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of sales administration and credit control functions for the Company's property development projects.
• Administer the end-to-end sales process from booking confirmation, SPA, loan documentation and disbursement through project completion and VP.
• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, financial institutions, sales agents, valuers and government authorities for timely completion of sales and legal documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on loan approvals, documentation, disbursements, MOT, transfer perfection and related conveyancing matters.
• Prepare and issue progressive billings, statements of account, reminders, receipts and other sales documents.
• Monitor purchasers' payments and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate purchaser files, sales records, payment records, and system records for reporting/audit.
• Handle purchasers' enquiries and complaints professionally with timely follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with Housing Development Act and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Manage tenancy administration matters where applicable (tenancy agreements, renewals, rental records).
• Prepare reports on sales administration, loan disbursement, collection and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
