impact.com is seeking a Creator Consulting + Relations Manager for APJ, bridging brand consulting with creator relationship leadership. You will design performance strategies, recruit and onboard creators, and drive growth by coaching on optimization and partnerships.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills to empower thousands of creators and brands across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creator/influencer marketing or community management.
• Experience managing large-scale creator programs.
• Strong knowledge of social media landscape and influencer models.
• Excellent communication and webinar/workshop facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute performance creator strategies with brands to meet ROAS.
• Lead 360° creator recruitment and onboarding on impact.com.
• Cultivate creator relationships through regular communication and support.
• Deliver strategic coaching on conversion optimization and partnerships.
• Analyze campaign insights: conversion, engagement, ROI; refine incentive structures.
• Advocate for creator experience; gather feedback for platform improvements.
