impact.com is seeking a Creator Consulting + Relations Manager for APJ, bridging brand consulting with creator relationship leadership. You will design performance strategies, recruit and onboard creators, and drive growth by coaching on optimization and partnerships.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills to empower thousands of creators and brands across the region.

Your Role at impact.com:

As our Creator Consulting + Relations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating the creator economy across APJ by bridging strategic brand consulting with authentic creator relationship management. You won’t just manage relationships—you’ll act as both an expert coach and advocate, empowering thousands of creators to optimize their performance while helping world-class brands unlock the full revenue potential of performance-driven creator partnerships. What You'll Do:

• Design and execute performance creator strategies in collaboration with leading brands, aligning campaign recruitment and mechanics directly to measurable goals like ROAS.
• Lead 360° creator recruitment and onboarding, conducting engaging 1:1 and group walkthroughs of the impact.com platform to get new creators earning and scaling quickly.
• Cultivate thriving creator relationships, acting as a trusted growth partner through regular communication, proactive support, and community-building initiatives.
• Deliver strategic performance coaching, equipping creators and brand partners with actionable insights on conversion optimization and partnership best practices.
• Analyze and share actionable campaign insights, tracking conversion rates, engagement, and ROI to continuously refine incentive structures and campaign mechanics.
• Advocate for the creator experience, gathering partner feedback to collaborate with internal product and operations teams on platform enhancements.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management, with a track record of managing large-scale creator programs.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape and performance-based influencer marketing models.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to host webinars, facilitate workshops, and make complex ideas actionable.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and performance dashboards to guide decisions.
• A proactive, collaborative spirit, comfortable balancing strategic program design with roll-up-your-sleeves execution in a fast‑paced environment.
