Impact.com in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Creator Marketing Specialist to drive growth across creator and affiliate programs for a portfolio of brands. You will design recruitment strategies, manage creator relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Adventageous: Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for managing Mandarin-speaking clients and creators.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• 2–4+ years of proven professional experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Community Management.
• Strong knowledge of creator strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Experience with creator lifecycle components and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: develop performance-led strategies to attract creators aligned with brand goals.
• Recruitment & Campaign Execution: lead recruitment, vet creators, and craft briefs.
• Client & Creator Management: lead kickoff calls, negotiate terms, review content, ensure satisfaction.
• Performance & Optimization: monitor timelines, analyze metrics, identify upsell opportunities.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and success teams.
