Job summary

Mutu Case in Malaysia seeks a proactive Partnership Manager to build and manage an external creator and affiliate network. You will work with the Founder and Brand Director to identify KOLs and KOC opportunities, driving direct sales and social proof through strategic seeding and affiliate programs.

You will nurture authentic collaborations, negotiate deliverables and terms, and track performance to continually optimise campaigns within a fast-growing brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or PR.
• Strong outreach and pitch skills with a high-volume workflow.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A proactive, organized self-starter with a good eye for brand fit.
• Existing network of Malaysian influencers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage KOC and Affiliate programs, source micro-creators, ship PR packages, and onboard affiliates with tracking links.
• Identify and build relationships with KOLs for product launches and campaigns.
• Pursue brand collaborations with aligns Mutu's positioning.
• Proactively source opportunities, write pitches, and maintain a pipeline tracker.
• Negotiate deliverables and rates, documenting terms clearly.
• Collaborate with Brand Director to integrate partnerships into campaigns.
• Track KOL reach, KOC engagement, and affiliate sales to refine future outreach.
