Job summary

Plixitt Solutions is seeking a Creator Liaison Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role serves as the primary bridge between clients and creators, handling campaign goals, creator vetting, rates, briefs, and scheduling to ensure on-brief, on-brand deliverables.

You will build a trusted network of creators for ongoing projects, coordinate timelines, and review drafts for quality and alignment. Strong organization, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their campaign objectives, target audience, budget and creator preferences.
• Source, shortlist and vet suitable creators (KOCs and KOLs) on platforms such as Xiaohongshu/RedNote, Instagram and TikTok based on client objectives, audience fit and content quality.
• Present creator shortlists, proposed rates and collaboration plans to clients for approval.
• Reach out to creators, pitch collaboration opportunities, and negotiate rates, deliverables and timelines within the agreed campaign budget.
• Prepare clear creator briefs covering key messages, content requirements, brand guidelines and posting schedules.
• Act as the bridge between clients, creators and the internal team, relaying feedback in both directions clearly and managing expectations on all sides.
• Coordinate schedules, product deliveries, shoots and posting dates between clients, creators and the internal team.
• Review creator content drafts against the brief and brand guidelines, share them with clients for approval, consolidate client feedback and manage amendment rounds through to sign-off.
• Keep clients updated on collaboration progress, posting schedules and results, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Track collaboration progress, deliverables and posting schedules to ensure every campaign goes live on time.
• Monitor published creator content and compile post-campaign results such as reach, views and engagement into clear reports for clients.
• Build and maintain an organised creator database, nurturing long-term relationships with reliable creators for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Client Relations and Social Media Teams to plan creator campaigns that align with client goals.
• Stay up to date with creator trends, platform changes and emerging talent to recommend fresh collaboration ideas.
• Provide guidance and support to Creator Liaison Interns on their daily responsibilities.
