Job summary

impact.com, the world’s leading partnership management platform, seeks a Creator Solutions specialist to drive growth across a client portfolio. You will manage creator programs, recruit and optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to scale partnerships, with a strong focus on Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in Affiliate/Creator Marketing or Community Management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Community Management.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance-led strategies to attract creators aligned with brand goals.
• Strategize content creation and casting for campaigns to stay on-trend.
• Lead creator recruitment and campaign execution, including offshore support when needed.
• Source and vet creators based on follower count, location, niche, and demographics.
• Create campaign briefs complying with client guidelines and FTC disclosures.
• Negotiate terms with creators and manage product orders and content drafts.
• Monitor program timelines and budgets to meet revenue targets and deadlines.
• Analyze metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creator strategies with business goals.
