Intrepid Asia is seeking an Affiliates Lead to drive affiliate and creator/KOL marketing growth across SEA brands. You will lead and develop the Affiliate team, establishing scalable processes and data-driven decision making to meet business objectives.

You will shape partnerships with MCNs and creators, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets to deliver sustainable GMV growth while aligning with brand guidelines across platforms.

Competenze

• 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or social commerce, including 1+ year in leadership.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with creators, MCNs and networks.
• Strong understanding of affiliate activities on ecommerce and social platforms.
• Excellent people management and strategic thinking.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement growth strategy for Affiliate and creator/KOL programs.
• Build sustainable performance models including commissions and ROI.
• Lead and coach Affiliate sub-teams and optimize SOPs.
• Budget management and ROI optimization for campaigns.
