impact.com is seeking a Creator Consulting + Relations Manager to accelerate the creator economy across APJ. You will bridge strategic brand consulting with authentic creator relationship management, coach thousands of creators, and help brands unlock revenue potential in performance partnerships.

The role emphasizes community building, data‑driven marketing, and shaping the future of partnership commerce in a fast‑growing region.

Qualifications

4+ years in creator/ influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management.
Strong understanding of social media and performance‑based influencer models.
Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of hosting webinars and workshops.
Proficient with spreadsheets and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance creator strategies with brands to drive ROAS.
Lead creator recruitment and onboarding with platform walkthroughs.
Cultivate creator relationships through regular communication and community initiatives.
Provide strategic coaching on conversion optimization and best practices.
Analyze campaign insights, track ROI, and refine incentives.
Advocate for creator experience and drive platform enhancements.
