Job summary

SEGi College Penang is seeking a dynamic admissions/recruitment professional to drive student enrolment across our programmes. You will run education fairs, roadshows and school events to promote courses while assisting prospective students and parents with course details, fees and career pathways.

Meet enrolment targets through proactive follow-ups of inquiries, appointments, and new opportunities. Mandarin and English proficiency are essential, with at least a Diploma/Degree and 1 year in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is required.
• Strong command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit students for the college and ensure enrolment targets are met.
• Execute marketing plans and strategies for student recruitment.
• Promote programmes/courses via education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and school events.
• Assist students and parents with course inquiries, including outlines, fees and career pathways.
• Handle walk-in, phone, email, and written inquiries promptly.
• Secure appointments and follow up with prospects who miss appointments.
• Contact new opportunities daily and convert leads into enrolments.

Job description

Recruit students for the college and ensure student enrolment meets the target set.

Participate in and execute marketing plans and strategies for student recruitment.

Promote programmes/courses offered by the college through various student enrolment activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and school events.

Assist students and parents with course inquiries by providing detailed information on course outlines, fee structures, and career pathways.

Attend to walk-in, call-in, written, and email inquiries.

Secure appointments and follow up with prospects who did not attend their scheduled appointments.

Contact new opportunities assigned daily.

Convert unconverted leads into enrolment opportunities.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field of study.

Due to the nature of ourclientbase, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a strong command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

At least 1 year of working experience in the sales field is required for this position.

Knowledge and exposure in the Marketing/Business Development would have added an advantage.

Fresh graduates who are willing to work in a sales environment are encouraged to apply.
