Job summary

AZEO is seeking a results-driven Corporate Event Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth across teambuilding, corporate events and experiential programmes. This end-to-end role blends selling with hands-on event execution, from initial client conversations to onsite delivery.

You will identify opportunities, tailor proposals, coordinate with facilitators and vendors, manage the sales cycle, and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and outstanding event outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate sales, event management, teambuilding, hospitality, training, or client servicing.
• Candidates with experience as a Teambuilding Specialist, Event Executive, Event Manager, Corporate Sales Executive, or similar role are encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing end-to-end corporate events or teambuilding programmes is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B sales and working with corporate clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Sales & Business Development: Generate new opportunities and engage corporate decision-makers to understand needs and budgets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build relationships and be the main point of contact throughout the journey.
• End-to-End Event Planning & Coordination: Take ownership from booking to completion and coordinate with vendors and venues.
• Onsite Event Execution: Be hands-on during teambuilding programmes to oversee setup and smooth flow.
• Internal Collaboration & Reporting: Work with Talent Solutions, Operations, and Marketing and maintain records and updates.
