You will own projects from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure flawless delivery.

The role combines creativity with precision, demanding hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management or brand activation.
• Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute client events.
• Develop creative event concepts, proposals, and strategies.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and production partners.
• Oversee end-to-end event management including budgeting, logistics, setup, execution, and teardown.
• Prepare timelines, floor plans, and checklists for seamless coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Assess risks and ensure safety and compliance.
• Evaluate event success through feedback and data analysis.
