Job summary

Above Creative Events Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based award-winning corporate event agency, seeks an energetic event sales professional. You will identify leads, pitch creative ideas, and craft proposals for corporate clients across industries.

Grow a regional pipeline, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact events. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the event industry.
• Experience pitching and managing corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas).
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the event industry and desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert high-potential leads into confirmed event projects.
• Pitch creative event ideas that excite, impress, and win hearts.
• Craft compelling proposals and quotations for clients across industries.
• Develop and manage event budgets.
• Create and grow a pipeline through referrals, networking, and events.
• Build and grow strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to bring concepts to life.
• Hit sales targets and celebrate wins with the team.
• Stay on top of market trends, networking opportunities, and client needs.
• Take ownership of new opportunities and contribute ideas that add value.
• Support the team by contributing to shared goals and results.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure and turn stress into motivation.

SkillsRequirement
