Job summary

WCTC Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated candidate to support corporate training promotions to business clients in both private and public sectors. The role involves managing client databases, explaining course benefits, and answering inquiries by phone and email.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 2 years of corporate experience, with strong English communication, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

You will be trained to promote corporate training to B2B clients in both private and public sectors, maintain and improve client databases, explain training course features and benefits, answer customer questions via calls and email, communicate with customers to understand their needs, and develop new client opportunities and leads through outbound calls and follow-up.

About you

• Fresh graduate with Degree/Diploma equivalent in any discipline, or candidates with 2 years corporate working experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Teams)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• 5-day working week
