Job summary

WCTC Consulting in Kuching, Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Corporate Consultant to join our public training team. You will identify and engage potential corporate clients, tailor training solutions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional training for public and private sectors.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years corporate experience are invited to apply. Strong English, MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with degree/diploma in any discipline.
• Candidates with 2 years corporate working experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Teams).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skill.

Responsibilities

• Promote our corporate training to B2B clients in both private and public sectors.
• Maintain and improve database of clients.
• Explain the feature and benefits of training courses (product).
• Answer customer questions and provide info via calls and email
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and request
• Develop new client opportunity and leads via outbound calls and lead follow-up
