Job summary

WCTC Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated candidate to support corporate training promotions to business clients in both private and public sectors. The role involves managing client databases, explaining course benefits, and answering inquiries by phone and email.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 2 years of corporate experience, with strong English communication, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 2 years corporate experience.
• Proficient in written & spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote corporate training to B2B clients in private and public sectors.
• Maintain and improve client databases.
• Explain training course features and benefits.
• Answer customer questions via calls and email.
• Understand client needs through communication.
• Develop new client opportunities and leads via outbound calls and follow-up.
