Job summary

MCLINK COPY SERVICES PHILIPPINES INC. in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Business Solutions Specialist (Copier) to grow the client base and build lasting relationships.

You will conduct outreach, qualify leads, and tailor copier and office equipment solutions to customer needs. The role requires proven inside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inside sales or CRM experience.
• Experience in printing/copier or office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and messages to develop new markets and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales via phone and virtual channels.
• Present copier, print, and office equipment solutions based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate products to prospective clients.
• Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities per company processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in SAP CRM.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and messages to develop new markets and generate leads.

Qualify prospects, prepare quotations and business proposals, and close sales through phone and virtual channels.

Understand customer needs and present appropriate copier, print, and office equipment solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.

Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities in accordance with company processes.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records using SAP CRM.

Provide excellent after-sales support while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support team objectives.

Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the printing, copier, or office equipment industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.

Proficient in CRM and sales tools; SAP CRM experience is an advantage.

Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Fluent in English and Mandarin
