Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a commercially driven professional to manage and expand a portfolio of core customers, promote digital tools, and deliver value for clients and the company.

You will establish relationships, respond to quotations, prepare competitive rate proposals, and provide market feedback to stakeholders. A resilient, performance‑oriented team player with Thai and English language skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a commercial role/customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector
• Very good command of written and spoken Thai & English
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Result driven team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Goal and deadline driven
• Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
