Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial or customer service experience, preferably in maritime/logistics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build client relationships.
• Evaluate customer potential and growth opportunities.
• Encourage use of web tools and quotations.
• Prepare rate proposals for growth accounts.
