Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a commercially oriented specialist to manage core customer relationships on site. This role focuses on driving value, expanding the customer portfolio, and promoting digital products to our clients.

You will work in a dynamic team, target growth accounts, and ensure high-quality service while collaborating with local and regional teams. Prior 1-3 years in maritime or logistics is preferred; strong English and Vietnamese skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial or customer service experience, preferably in maritime/logistics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• * Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a commercial role/customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector
• * Very good command of written and spoken Vietnamese & English
• * Strong communication skills
• * Working knowledge of MS Office
• * Positive attitude
