Hapag-Lloyd AG in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Coordinator for TS Planning & Execution. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on coordinating transshipment execution across the area, replanning tight connections, and ensuring smooth space alignment with third‑party feeders.
You will maintain proactive communication between Transshipment Management and Customer Service teams to secure the best, fastest connections and respond to transshipment issues.

Responsible for all Transshipment execution in the Area/QSC based on Transshipment Management guidance. Executing the replanning of impossible/tight/long connections. Also involved in day-to-day space alignment on 3rd party feeder in cooperation with TS management. Follow up and respond to all messages related to transshipment issues as well as maintain a smooth and regular communication chain between Transshipment Management and all Areas’ Customer Service staff in order to coordinate the best and fastest connection.
