Job summary

Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah invites qualified lawyers to join our Real Estate Practice in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This role focuses on conveyancing, including SPA and loan documents, transfers and charges, tenancy agreements, and status reporting.

We welcome lawyers with or without conveyancing experience, including those from other legal practices, who are keen to pursue conveyancing within our firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyers to join our Real Estate Practice.
• Based in our Seremban office, Negeri Sembilan.
• Lawyers with or without conveyancing experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle SPA and loan documentation for developers' projects and sub-sales.
• Attend to perfection of transfers and/or charges, discharge of charges.
• Prepare tenancy agreements.
• Prepare and update status reports.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned by the firm.
