Job summary

Malaysian Bar seeks an experienced conveyancing solicitor to manage first-sale housing project SPAs, loan documentation, and perfection of transfers and charges. You will handle sub-sale transactions and related conveyancing matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires familiarity with Bank & Land Office procedures, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in conveyancing: housing project SPA & loan, perfection of transfer & charge, sub-sale.
• 1-2 years experience in perfection of transfer & charge matters and/or SPA and loan docs for developer projects.
• Fresh graduates with good attitude and ability to learn quickly are welcome to apply.

Job description

- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and capability.

- 1-2 years experience in handling Perfection of Transfer & Charge matters and/or SPA and loan documentation for developer project;
- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience but with good attitude and ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
- Able to meet turnaround times and deadlines set by Banks.
- Familiarity with Bank & Land Office procedures, documentation & online web portals.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration
