We welcome lawyers with or without conveyancing experience, including those from other legal practices, who are keen to pursue conveyancing within our firm.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyers to join our Real Estate Practice.
- Based in our Seremban office, Negeri Sembilan.
- Lawyers with or without conveyancing experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Handle SPA and loan documentation for developers' projects and sub-sales.
- Attend to perfection of transfers and/or charges, discharge of charges.
- Prepare tenancy agreements.
- Prepare and update status reports.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by the firm.
