Job summary

Armiy Rais Advocates & Solicitors in Malaysia seeks a reliable Conveyancing Clerk to support our lawyers in handling conveyancing matters.

You will assist with sale and purchase agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, and deeds of receipt and reassignment; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, typing skills, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of SpiderLaw legal software is an added advantage.
• 2 years of experience in a legal firm preferred.
• Able to work Saturday half-days.

Requirements

Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Computer literate with reasonably good typing skills

Knowledge of SpiderLaw legal software is an added advantage

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team

Preferably at least 2 years of experience working in a legal firm

Able to work Saturday half-days
