• Experience as Conveyancing Clerk handling Sub-Sale, Loan Agreement, Perfection of Charge, Transfer, Discharge of Charge, and Deed of Receipt of Reassignment.
• Experience with Tenancy Agreement.
• Monday to Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conveyancing tasks including Sub-Sale, Loan Agreement, Perfection of Charge, and related transfers.
• Prepare and review Tenancy Agreement.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and client satisfaction.
