Responsibilities include tender coordination, supplier pre-qualification, quotations, and preparation of essential contractual documents, while maintaining rigorous record-keeping and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Contract Administration & Management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with consultants for timely submission and tenderer registration.
• Update list of suppliers/contractors for pre-qualification.
• Assist in material sourcing, obtain quotations and prepare tabulations for management.
• Assist in small contract value projects, call for quotations and prepare tabulations.
• Organize and attend tender interviews and client–consultant meetings.
• Prepare Letters/Awards/POs and necessary correspondence.
• Review proformas of payment, VO approvals, EOT approvals and Final Account approvals.
• Handle filing and contract department administration tasks as required.
• Take on other tasks from superiors as needed.

About the role

M K Land Holdings Berhad is seeking a Contracts Executive to join our team in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. This is a role that will play a crucial part in supporting our Contract Department. As a Contracts Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of contracts, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

Job Descriptions

Follow up with consultants for timely submission and sufficient tenderer, registration of successful tenderer/unsuccessful tenderer.

Updating list of suppliers/contractors, to assist in Pre-Qualification of suppliers/contractors.

To assist in material sourcing, obtaining quotations and tabulation preparation for reporting to Management

To assist in small contract value project, calling quotations, tabulation and recommendation.

Organize and attend tender interviews

To attend Client-Consultants Meetings and monitor progress of development projects.

To prepare Letter/Letter of Award/PO/necessary correspondence.

To review proformas of payment, VO approvals, EOT approvals and Final Account approvals.

Responsible for filing and other documentation management.

To handle Contract department administration work, when required.

To handle any other specific tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Contract Administration & Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar contracts or procurement role, preferably within the consultant company or property developer industry

Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and best practices in contract management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in contract administration, including the ability to interpret and apply contract terms and conditions

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve contractual issues
