Job summary

ROCKS FOODS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive HR Executive (Contract) to support daily HR operations, especially recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration for our growing outlet network.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle onboarding documentación, maintain records, and liaise with internal teams and external agencies in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in HR, recruitment, or related field.
• Experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or multi-outlet environments preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HR systems and attendance management is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented with good time management.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Own transport and willingness to travel as required.
• Available to work on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment end-to-end for outlets and operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, offer letters, contracts, and documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support HR policies, employee relations, and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
