Job summary

Elite Alliance Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable construction supervisor to oversee multiple projects on site in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring smooth daily operations, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.

You will lead site teams, coordinate schedules, monitor progress, manage materials and equipment, and train new staff to deliver quality workmanship on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Ability to work at construction sites and coordinate site duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all aspects of construction projects, including daily site operations.
• Manage site teams, coordinate work schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
