Collaborate with Executives and Senior Executives, assisting in all fundamental Contract Executive tasks, including valuation, measurement, and quantity take-offs for both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
Prepare and manage progress claims, sub-contractor payments, and final accounts.
Support tender activities by preparing tender documents and sourcing quotations and pricing.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information, such as material pricing and commercial terms.
Identify and engage suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain quotations.
Monitor and manage materials supply.
Conduct site visits for valuation and measurement.
Work closely with project managers to address issues that may lead to extensions of time (EOT), variation orders (VO), or changes in working conditions from those stipulated in the contract.
Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure project requirements are met.

Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of construction costing, budgeting, and cost control.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, construction teams, and sub-contractors.
