Job summary

Masboh IBS Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is expanding its team and seeking proactive and organized individuals to join our Civil Engineering division. You will prepare quotations and project proposals, coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, and review contracts and LOAs to support our IBS construction solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering diploma or degree and has 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the related field is value added.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge of computer software such as Autocad 2D/3D, Microsoft Works and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals for our systems on a project basis for clients.
• Prepare main contractor and sub-contractor claims.
• Coordinate with site team and sub-contractors regarding site progress.
• Study contracts, purchase orders and LOA.
• Lead and coordinate product design with site team and client to achieve company goals.
• Report on schedule to senior management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities :

Prepare of Quotation and Proposal for our system by project basis to Client

To prepare main contractor and sub contractor claim

To coordinate with site team and sub contractor regarding site progress

To study contract, purchase order and LOA

To Lead & Coordinate in terms of product design with Site Team and Client, in order to achieve company’s vision and aims together

Reporting in schedule basic to the senior

Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering

1-2 years of working experience in the related field isvalue added.
