Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Trust & Safety analyst to review, classify, and resolve content in line with client guidelines using specialized tools. You will stay current with policies, analyze model outputs for safety, and collaborate on best practices in responsible AI governance.

You will join a 24/7 on-site team in Kuala Lumpur, contributing to scalable, safe digital experiences while handling potentially sensitive content with resilience and professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools.
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AI governance developments.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompts to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues.
