Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Trust & Safety role focused on content moderation and responsible AI. You will analyze and review user content across multiple streams, apply client guidelines, and help maintain safe online platforms while addressing sensitive material.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends in content moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness or disclaimers.
• Collaborate with team members to understand responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and governance.
