Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Content Moderator in Kuala Lumpur to review, classify, and remove online content in line with client guidelines, leveraging specialized moderation tools.

You will stay updated on policies, escalate issues, and work with the Trust and Safety team to maintain safe online communities while handling sensitive material.

Qualifications

• Strong coping, resilience, and stress management.
• Excellent comprehension and communication in English and Japanese.
• Ability to remain objective and follow client policies.
• Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple streams.
• Experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work.
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
• Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe.
