Job summary

Apteka Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import container movements from Klang Jaya. The role involves coordinating pickups and deliveries with transport providers, tracking container status, and communicating updates to customers and internal teams.

You will liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders, maintain records, and handle ad-hoc requests. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import container movements.
• Schedule container pickups, deliveries, and returns with transport providers.
• Monitor container status and update shipment tracking systems.

• Maintain accurate records of container inventory and movement.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform any ad-hoc job request.

Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to fri, Sat work on phone)
