Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry or QS background is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cubicost software is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to take initiative with a proactive CAN DO attitude.
• Ability to understand in-depth knowledge of in-house products and market competitors.
• Basic computing skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement service work including training, project guidance, and hotline support for clients.
• Collaborate with sales to drive renewals and assist with sales demos.
• Gather product requirements and contribute suggestions for new features.
• Assist product team in testing software updates.
• Stay updated on new features released by the product team.
• Follow company service policies to maintain client relationships.
• Monitor client software usage and perform monthly check-ins.
• Document case project collections and summarize methodologies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and support teams.
