Job summary

PCMC SDN BHD is seeking a diligent Site Supervisor to coordinate on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across multiple projects in Penang. You will lead site teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, attend meetings, and prepare progress reports to assist decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site supervision or construction site management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Independent, disciplined, and proactive with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site-related matters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to coordinate site activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Lead and communicate work plans to site workers and sub-contractors in line with the approved project schedule.
• Oversee workmanship and enforce quality control standards to ensure all works meet required specifications.
• Supervise building structural works and monitor site progress to achieve project milestones.
• Highlight and report any disputes, risks, or critical issues to the Project Team and Head Office promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and support project decision-making.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by Management.
