Job summary

CITI Trenchless SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our civil and structural engineering team in Penampang, Sabah. This full-time role focuses on overseeing the technical execution of trenchless construction projects on-site, ensuring work aligns with design specs, quality standards, safety regulations and project timelines.

You will supervise on-site activities, conduct regular inspections, coordinate with project managers, contractors and subcontractors, and maintain

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
A valid driving licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and drawings.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitoring to verify work quality and safety.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
Prepare and maintain site records, including daily reports and progress documentation.
Support the senior engineering team in preparing reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
