Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Clerk, construction administrator or similar administrative role in construction.
• Strong organisational and filing skills with ability to manage multiple documents.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Ability to work independently and with site teams.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, QA and QC procedures.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
• Willingness to work in outdoor site environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and organising all site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and QA documents.
• Recording and tracking materials received on site with quantities, specs, and delivery dates.
• Preparing site correspondence such as letters, memos, and official communications.
• Assisting in compiling quality control reports and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Monitoring site activities, workforce attendance, equipment usage and safety records.
• Coordinating inspections and tests per QA procedures.
• Maintaining minutes and action points of site meetings.
• Assisting with monthly progress reports for management review.
