Job summary

Boon Boon Builder seeks a Site Coordinator to support project execution in West Malaysia. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, coordinate with Sub-Contractors, manage material ordering and delivery, and monitor inventory to minimize waste and delays.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project work follows construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate site work with sub-contractors for smooth project flow.
• Raise material orders, receive materials, and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Verify materials received match DO and PO descriptions.
• Plan material allocation to reduce wastage and double handling.
• Follow instructions from superiors and take on assigned tasks.
• Identify site issues, conduct inspections, and propose solutions.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by management.
